Onion chutney

Onions!! i do not know what to say about them.! Any masala sabzi is not complete without Onions.  again one of those vegetables that has immense health benefits.

This particular chutney is very popular in the south and is served with idli dosa. The obvious awesome taste and the super quick preparation could be the reason it is popular with all the darshinies. Saves time and you know people love it.

It gets done on the side, taking care of itself most of the time, does not require continuous monitoring. The sweetness from the onions when combined with some Chili powder the result is simply superb. Of course salt has it's own role to play.
